About us
We're the folks who brought you NevadaPlayersClub.com, a comprehensive site providing links to a variety of relevant things to do and places to play in the Silver State. The web address is active, but the site is offline TFN. The URL currently points to our YouTube channel, which features over 100 videos we've produced highlighting our Nevada adventures. Mostly casino-resorts and slot play, but a few restaurant visits and live concerts we've attended, too, including Starship, Los Lonely Boys, and Tower of Power.
Now, about this "Locals Club" site for Nevada Newcomers...
Nevada looks empty from certain perspectives. And to a large extent, it is. Roughly 80–85% of the state is federally managed land, from National Forests and Parks to wildlife areas, mining regions, and grazing territory. But beyond those wide‑open spaces, the Silver State is full of life.
Nevada’s towns, villages, and fast‑growing cities offer real opportunities to build a career, raise a family, and settle into a community.
Our goal is simple: help new Nevadans get established quickly and comfortably. Moving here can come with unfamiliar rules, paperwork, and a few tricky hurdles. We aim to make those steps easier — and to give new Silver State residents a clear, local‑smart guide to the essentials.
